What you can do with your loyalty points::

Collect your points in your customer account
Use your points as payment on regular orders. (1 point = 1 Euro).
   

This is how you collect points::

From online orders:: he Neuland loyalty points programme replaces the system of the product bonuses that could be put in the basket by the end of the order. Instead we will as of immediately automatically credit your account with points – staggered in order value (the higher the order value, the more points you get). Please take into account that you need to have a customer account at the Neuland OnlineShop in order to collect points. So if you complete your order without registering then we cannot credit you with points!
   
When recommending us to new customers:: You will receive bonus points as soon as the bill of the customer acquired by you has been settled. (Anyone who has not made any purchases from Neuland within the last 2 years is considered a new customer. We are unfortunately unable to accept self-marketing within your company.) You yourself have to be a customer and have a customer account order to recommend a new customer.
